-The scope includes Aerial Interventions which require climbing/rigging activities in towers and

1. Key responsibilities/duties of the role (overall scope - describing the categories of resources controlled, overall results to be achieved, budgets, complexity and contacts, etc)

Responsibilities will include liaising with internal and external contacts on a regular basis. Some of the duties involved will be:

· Lead the investigations in to reported lab issues, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner and that any resulting learnings are captured in an internal "best practices" guidance note for future activities

· Identify, investigate and communicate issues during the testing activities including root cause analysis and enhancement identification

· Highlight any Health & Safety non-compliances in accordance with company regulations.

2. Other requirements or features of the role

Ability to work flexibility, taking ownership for the engineering function and demonstrate ability to take on additional tasks to achieve project deadlines.

Ability to travel globally to deliver business requirements.

Fluent and confident English language skills, both verbal & written.

· Familiarity with RAN test and measurement tools

· Familiarity with the 3GPP architectures
