● Experience working with Salesforce in the insurance and banking sectors
● Several years of experience in the design and implementation of global systems
● Knowledge of professional CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, Siebel, SAP, Hybris, etc.
● Methodical know-how and project practice in agile or hybrid development
● Existing Salesforce technical certifications are an advantage
● Good communication and moderation skills in German and English
● Willingness to work in international project teams and to travel depending on the project
